This project involved the reconfiguration off an existing office block into a 166 bed Ramada Encore Hotel, located within the Birmingham airport area to support the airport in its growing accommodation requirements. DP completed all drylining, suspended ceiling and carpentry works within the project.
An extensive range of dry lining services was required to reconfigure the office block into the design required for the hotel bedrooms layout. The bar area located on the ground floor required a large amount of detailed dry lining work, to create featured bulkheads, to give the bar area a unique look and feel.
