DP Interiors delivered the full supply and fit carpentry and joinery package to phase one of The Oaks – a significant student development close to the University of Warwick.
The building, known as Oaks 1, is located less than a kilometre from the University of Warwick.
The scheme benefits from over 6,800 sq. ft. of amenity space; comprising an open plan common room and games room, gym and virtual training areas, study areas and social spaces.
Formerly the site of an office building, Oaks 1 delivered 378 new student rooms in a mixture of 288 cluster bedrooms and 90 studios.
DP Interiors worked with our client McLaren Construction to supply and deliver all internal POD bathroom doors, fire rated front apartment doors, electrical riser doors and all FD30/FD60 communal doors. Having all door sets to the project pre manufactured off site for hinges, and locks resulted in a more efficient fitting process alongside eliminating the waste created from our operations on site, producing a safer working environment for all trades.
Following the successful deliver of our works at The Oaks Phase 1, DP Interiors engaged with our client to continue works on the following phases 2 and 3.
