Highlighting our ability to create and sustain long term working relationships with existing clients, DP Interiors secured the prestigious project with John Sisk & Son for internal fit out works at bet 365’s new regional offices. The new build works saw the delivery of a 13,000m² office, housing in excess of 2500 employees, as bet365 further establish themselves as the largest private sector employer in the Stoke-on-Trent area.

Spread over 3 large floor areas, the scope of our works consisted of perimeter wall linings, internal partitions, mineral lay in grid suspended ceiling system for office areas and a metal suspended ceiling system within the buildings canteen areas.

MF Ceiling works to the entrance area of the building incorporated lighting troffs which extended down a adjoining wall. To ensure these works were completed to a high standard, DP engaged in collaborative meetings with the M&E contractor both on and off site to successfully hand over the ceiling works with minimum disruption to the required M&E works above.

Continually working to minimise the effect our projects have on the environment, we worked with British Gypsum to utilise their dedicated service to plasterboard recycling. Registering this site for the plasterboard recycling service provided DP Interiors and our client with an effective waste management resource to achieve high standards of environmental sustainability, ensuring the correct disposal of our waste.
